As Senior/Head Knight of the Free Company Knights of the Black Coeurl, I humbly extend invitations to any and all looking for a FC to call home.
Knights of the Black Coeurl seeks adventurers from all over Eorzea. While we do not discriminate based on level nor whether you're Legacy or Non-Legacy, we do ask that while you are apart of the Free Company that you be active. We would like for this Free Company to become a close knit family that came explore together, play together, and learn and grow together. We understand that everyone is not perfect and everyone makes mistakes and thus do not and WILL NOT tolerate elitest attitudes nor any form of player harassment.
Now that the important stuff is out of the way this is what we're looking for….
3-4 FC Leaders to help head up and manage the Free Company.
Leadership positions include:
1 second in command (Leads FC with Head/Senior Leader as well as runs and manages the FC in the absence of the Senior Leader)
1 Overseer (Along with Senior Leader and 2nd in command oversees the daily/weekly operations of the FC and helps plan events coordinately.)
1 Treasurer (Responsible for the contents of the FC company chest.and assures that any loot and/or gil received from events is evenly divided among members)
1 Recruiter (Responsible for screening and recruiting members to the FC. Along with Senior Leader, has the right to dismiss any member in violation of FC or games rules)
While Real Life duties are of the utmost important, we do ask that our leaders at least be able to log on once or twice every two or three days.
FC leaders must also be able to log in game on the weekends when most of our Free Company events will take place.
As for anyone else we simply ask that you be active within the group. We can understand that at times it's hard to leave a personal comfort zone and talk to total strangers, but over time we hope that everyone will become comfortable with one another and as I stated before, become like a family.
